Late arrivals, cancellations, or miscommunications may affect the quality of service or result in rescheduling or additional fees.

2. Payments & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable and required to confirm bookings. The full payment is due before or on the session day. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be charged partially or fully. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, or emergencies.

3. Copyright & Usage

All photos captured by Capture-Crafters remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may receive limited use rights based on the package selected. Reproduction, editing, resale, or commercial use without our permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.

4. Delivery Timeline

Edited images are delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on session size and complexity. You may request minor changes within 3 days of receiving your files. Final edits are made at the photographer’s discretion. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

5. External Links & Liability

Our website may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the terms or reliability of external platforms. Clients should review their individual terms and privacy policies. Capture-Crafters is not liable for losses, delays, or data misuse related to third-party services.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking information, timely communication, and understanding the deliverables. Any misuse of our website or services may result in restricted access. We reserve the right to refuse services in case of unprofessional behavior or breach of terms.
